1 bowls curd
1/4 tsp hing
1/2 tsp rock salt
2-3 nos chopped pudina leaves
1/2 tsp jeera powder
1 bowls cold water
Directions
In mixer jar add curd, water , jeera powder, hing and salt.
Now blend it.
Garnish it with few chopped mint leaves.
I have added hing because it is good for digestion.
